Filled sticks (6” x 1.75”) — Designs or slits on top to maximize product elegance. Packaging options include bulk packaging, individually wrapped heat & serve or thaw & serve packaging.
Filled Bites (2.5” x 1.5”) — Smaller bite size filled products that are perfect for snacking! Packaging options include bulk packaging and retail stand-up pouches.
Filled Handhelds (5” x 3”) — Larger filled handhelds include pull-aparts, calzones, in a variety of shapes. Packing options include bulk and individually wrapped for retail and foodservice channels.
Fillings for the sticks, bites & handhelds vary greatly and can include cheese filled, fruit filled, sweet filled, savory filled, as well as dual fillings.
Products are frozen at point of manufacturing, and remain frozen during distribution.

Rick grew up in the family business and has spent 56 years of his life working at Teeny Foods. He received an Associate Degree in Business from Mt. Hood Community College. Rick also successfully completed three courses (Pizza Production Technology, Wholesale Commissary Pizza Technology and Frozen Dough Technology) from American Institute of Baking (AIB) in Kansas. Rick works closely with engineering, operations, key accounts and product development.
After graduating from Gresham High School in 1980, Sam Teeny (Rick’s father) hired Deb to assist Rick in the office. She has been with Teeny Foods for 39 years. Her experience includes Customer Service, production scheduling, A/P & A/R, payroll and HR functions. Deborah’s current duties include strategic planning, corporate projects, banking support, community relations and philanthropy. She serves on the Advisory Board for the company as an owner of Teeny Foods.
General Manager, VP Sales
After 3 years as a member of our Advisory Board, Darryl agreed to join Teeny Foods in a management role in August 1999. Darryl has a bachelor’s degree in Economics and experience with American Home Products (12 years) Sysco Food Service (2 years) and Fisher Mills Inc. (6 years), and owned his own consulting company. Darryl directs our sales and marketing effort as we significantly grow the business by broadening our product range and distribution channels. His 42 years of experience in the retail grocery, food service, and bakery industries have greatly influenced Teeny Foods’ significant growth.
Michel has 38 years of experience in product management, product quality, plant manufacturing and equipment maintenance. He was an engineer at Royal Crown Cola (7 years), VP of Operations at RC Bottling Company (12 years) as well as Director of Product Implementation for Partek Corporation. Michel joined the Teeny Foods team in July 2005 as VP Operations and is an integral part of the management team. His responsibilities include production, purchasing, inventory control, shipping and receiving, quality assurance, and sanitation.
Don has 42+ years of experience in finance and accounting for manufacturing companies. Don has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and completed the Small Business Management Certification Program. He spent 7 years with Epson Portland Inc. as Accounting Manager and 8 years with CAE Newnes, Inc. as Division Controller. Don joined Teeny Foods in May 2002 and is responsible for all accounting and HR functions as well as forecasting and product pricing.
Eric has 23+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, New Program Introduction and Operations working in the automotive, defense and food retail industries. Eric has a Bachelors in Electronics and Communications and an MBA. He has a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and experience implementing Lean Manufacturing Systems. His responsibilities include plant engineering, manufacturing automation and overseeing the maintenance department.
Dave joined Teeny Foods in October 1977 right after graduating from Gresham High School. He has received special training in Food Safety, as well as Pizza Production Technology from AIB (American Institute of Baking). His duties include inventory control, product development, production scheduling and managing the Production Foremen. We have appreciated his consistent and dependable presence – 42+ years of service, with only 3 days missed!
