Warehouse Manager

We are currently recruiting to fill a full-time Warehouse Manager position on the day shift.  Candidate selected will be responsible for supervising 3 employees.  Warehouse Manager is responsible for ensuring shipping area is kept clean and occasionally driving box truck or van to make deliveries.

Mandatory Requirement:  Applicant must have a Valid Oregon Drivers’ License and minimum 3-5 year clean insurable driving record (CDL is preferred but not required).

Applicant selected will be required to occasionally drive a box truck (applicants with air brake certification preferred).

Minimum Requirements:

  • Candidate must be forklift driver certified;
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment;
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing;
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis;
  • Must be team player willing to perform additional duties as required.

Minimum Education:  High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum Experience: 1-3 years of warehouse experience required.


  • Inventory control including cycle counts, correcting errors and supervising month end inventory.
  • Shipping responsibilities include:  order building list, checking FIFO numbers, preparing Bill of Ladings and assisting in loading trucks as necessary.
  • Receiving duties: recording lots numbers, entering data into computer system, checking for damage and assisting in unloading trucks.
  • Purchasing duties include: inventory of product and placing orders as needed.
  • Supervision duties include:  preparing schedules, performance reviews, monitoring overtime, and other employee management duties as required.

Additional Requirements:

Employer participates in E-Verify program.  Candidate selected for position will be required to have employment eligibility verified through E-Verify.

Drug Screen will be required of candidate selected for position.

Hours:   7:00 am – 3:30 pm (Monday-Friday).

Pay Rate:  Base salary is $22.00+ PH (DOE).  Pay increase will occur following successful completion of 90 day introductory period.

Benefits:  Medical, dental, prescription and vision benefits will be offered after 90 days of continuous full time employment (employer covers approximately 70% of insurance premiums).  Paid Time Off (PTO) will be front-loaded on 91st day of employment.  401K plan with limited matching contributions, holiday pay, and profit sharing will be available to candidate selected following completion of one full year of continuous employment.
